How many bundles do I need for a full install?
We usually recommend at least 3 bundles for a full look.
For lengths 14 inches or shorter, 2 bundles may be sufficient.
For longer lengths, we recommend 3–4 bundles for added fullness.
Is your hair 100% virgin human hair?
Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% authentic virgin human hair sourced from its ethnic origin.
Can I dye my extensions?
Yes. When proper dyeing methods are used, your virgin extensions can be dyed without causing damage.
We recommend professional coloring for best results.
Can I curl, straighten, or blow-dry my extensions?
Yes, yes & yes!
Our virgin hair can be curled, straightened, or styled just like your natural hair. We recommend air-drying over blow-drying whenever possible to preserve longevity.
How long will my extensions last?
With proper care, our extensions can last up to 3 years or longer.

How long does shipping take?
• U.S. & Canada: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–8 business days
Processing times may apply before shipment.
What is your return policy?
Full refunds will be issued if extensions are returned within 3 days of delivery.
Bundles must be:
• Unloosened
• Unused
• Completely intact
Loosened or altered bundles are not eligible for refunds.
